Using the Internet to Transfer Files

To send and receive files quickly, use FTP (File Transfer Protocol). With FTP you are transferring files to and from Courier via the Internet.

NOTE: Traditional email is unreliable for sending files larger than 2 Mb. We recommend you use FTP for sending files larger than 2 MB.

If you’re new to using FTP, click here for detailed instructions on transferring files.

If you’re an experienced user, you can use the following settings to proceed directly to our FTP server:

Host: ftp.courierprinting.com
User ID: courier
Password: printing
Directory: LEAVE BLANK

IMPORTANT! Be sure to label your documents clearly and to distinguish clearly between different versions of the same document.
